One click from the listing
Browsing a property on Zillow, Rightmove, Property Finder, Bayut, or Domain?One click sends the listing to Altyst and drafts the model.
It does one thing
Click the Altyst button while viewing a listing and Altyst opens with the link already in the intake. Press Underwrite and the full model builds: purchase, financing, cash flows, returns, every figure editable.
It reads nothing
The extension has no access to page content and collects no data. Its single permission grants the tab's address at the moment you click, and the listing page itself is read through Altyst's document pipeline, never by the extension.
The five supported portals
Zillow, Rightmove, Property Finder, Bayut, and Domain. On any other page the button simply brings you here. The same five links can always be pasted directly into Altyst.
Nothing to set up
No settings and no account linking. Signed out, the listing waits through sign-in and arrives with the link already filled in. Updates install themselves, and there is nothing to maintain.
