One click from the listing
Browsing a property on Zillow, LoopNet, Crexi, Rightmove or another listing site?One click sends the listing to Altyst and drafts the model.
It does one thing
Click the Altyst button while viewing a listing and Altyst opens with the link already in the intake. Press Underwrite and the full model builds: purchase, financing, cash flows, returns, every figure editable.
It reads only what you click
The button does nothing until you click it, and then only in that tab. On Zillow, Rightmove, Property Finder, Bayut and Domain it sends the listing's link and Altyst reads the page. From version 1.1.0, on LoopNet, Crexi and the other listing sites that block automated readers, it reads the listing page you are on and hands its text to Altyst, where Claude reads it like any document. It stores nothing, has no analytics and makes no network calls of its own.
Where it works
Zillow, Rightmove, Property Finder, Bayut and Domain, and from version 1.1.0 LoopNet, Crexi, MHVillage, Mobile Home Park Store, Realtor.com, Redfin and the other listing sites Altyst knows. On any other page the button simply brings you here and reads and sends nothing. Any listing link can also be pasted straight into Altyst.
Nothing to set up
No settings and no account linking. Signed out, the listing waits through sign-in and arrives with the link already filled in. Updates install themselves, and there is nothing to maintain.
