Accessibility Statement
Effective July 26, 2026
Altyst wants the Service to be usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology. This page describes where we are honestly: our target, what we have built, what we know is not there yet, and how to reach us.
Our target
We aim for the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. We have not had a third-party accessibility audit, and we do not claim conformance. This statement describes work we have actually shipped and gaps we are actively remediating.
What is in place today
- Skip links to jump past navigation to the main content.
- Landmarks and headings (main, navigation, and section structure) so screen
readers can move around the app and the public site.
- Reduced-motion support: animations respect the
prefers-reduced-motionsetting. - Contrast: text and interactive elements target WCAG AA contrast ratios,
including in charts and exports.
- Focus management: visible focus styles, and focus moved sensibly in dialogs and
multi-step flows.
- Labeled inputs: form fields carry programmatic labels, and errors are announced
with live regions where they matter.
Known gaps
Parts of the product are still hard to use non-visually, and we say so rather than claim otherwise: some data-dense tables and interactive charts lack full keyboard and screen-reader equivalents, some generated documents (PDF exports) are not tagged for accessibility, and some third-party surfaces (for example, the payment checkout) are outside our direct control. We are remediating these areas as part of ongoing work.
Feedback and contact
If you hit an accessibility barrier, tell us: email support@altyst.ai with the page and what went wrong. We respond within 5 business days and will work with you to provide the information or function you need another way while we fix the underlying issue.
