THE SERVICE AND ALL OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY THAT OUTPUTS ARE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, CURRENT, RELIABLE, OR SUITABLE FOR ANY DECISION.

2. Not professional advice

Altyst is a software tool, not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, appraiser, accountant, lender, or law firm, and provides no investment, legal, tax, accounting, appraisal, brokerage, or lending advice. Outputs are for internal screening only. You are responsible for independently verifying every figure and for obtaining qualified professional advice before making any decision. Nothing produced by the Service is "verified" until you confirm it against the source.

3. AI limitations

AI-assisted extraction can be wrong, incomplete, or miss context. See the AI Use Disclosure. The deterministic engine computes from the inputs and assumptions you provide and confirm.

4. No reliance

Altyst is not liable for decisions you make using the outputs. Your use is at your own risk, subject to the limitation of liability in the Terms of Service. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this notice may not apply to you.
