Acceptable Use Policy
Effective July 26, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy is part of the Terms of Service. When using Altyst you agree not to:
- upload or process content you are not authorized to upload or process;
- upload malware, or attempt to exploit, overload, disrupt, or probe the Service or
other tenants;
- attempt to access another organization's data, bypass authorization, or reverse the
isolation, metering, or security controls;
- scan, penetration-test, or conduct security research against the Service without our
prior written authorization;
- circumvent rate limits, usage metering, or plan entitlements, or use automation to
exceed the rate or volume limits we apply;
- reverse engineer, decompile, resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third
parties other than your own authorized members, or use it to build a competing product;
- use the Service to violate any law or third-party right, or to process highly
sensitive special-category personal data beyond what a CRE underwriting workflow reasonably requires.
Authorized-upload representation. You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions for every document you upload and for Altyst and its subprocessors to process it to provide the Service.
Enforcement. We may throttle, suspend, or terminate access for violations, and workspace owners/admins may suspend members. Report security issues to support@altyst.ai.
