Cookie & Local Storage Notice

Effective July 26, 2026

Altyst uses a minimal set of cookies and browser storage — only what the Service needs to work, plus the ad-conversion measurement described below. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not use cross-site tracking to target you.

What we use

• Strictly necessary (session/auth). We store an authentication token in your

browser (local storage) to keep you signed in and to protect your session. Without it, you cannot use the app.

• Preferences. We may store lightweight UI preferences (for example, theme) locally

on your device.

• Payments. Stripe may set cookies necessary to process payments securely and to

prevent fraud during checkout.

• Advertising measurement (Google Ads). We use Google's conversion-measurement tag

(the Google tag) on our website so that when a visit from one of our own ads leads to a signup or subscription, Google can tell us the ad worked. Google sets cookies for this measurement. It reports page visits, never the content of your deals or documents. See Google's privacy policy; you can opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ads Settings.

Beyond that measurement, we do not set marketing or third-party advertising cookies, and we do not build advertising profiles. If we add optional analytics, we will update this notice and, where required, ask for your consent.

Managing cookies

You can clear or block cookies and local storage in your browser settings; note that clearing auth storage will sign you out. Questions: support@altyst.ai.
