Master Services Agreement (Enterprise)

Effective July 26, 2026

This Master Services Agreement ("MSA") is available for organizations that require a negotiated contract in place of the standard click-through Terms of Service — for example, Team and Enterprise customers with procurement, security, or data-protection requirements.

Available terms

An executed MSA can address, as applicable: order forms and committed subscription terms; service levels and support; the Data Processing Addendum; security and confidentiality commitments; insurance; publicity; and negotiated liability and indemnity terms. Absent a signed MSA, the standard Terms of Service govern all use of the Service.
