Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective July 26, 2026
1. Subscriptions and renewal
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis at the price shown at checkout. Your subscription renews automatically each period until you cancel. Stripe is the merchant of record for all purchases (see the Merchant of Record Notice).
2. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time from your account billing settings (/account/plan) or by emailing support@altyst.ai. Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless a refund applies under Section 3, your plan remains active through the end of the current paid period, after which it does not renew. Your workspace, deals, models, and exports remain accessible after that; only new paid processing is paused until a plan is active again. We do not charge a cancellation fee.
3. Refunds
Because the Service delivers value immediately and usage is metered, fees are generally non-refundable except as required by law or as follows:
- 14-day first-subscription courtesy. If you are dissatisfied within 14 days of your
first paid subscription and have not made substantial use of paid usage, contact support@altyst.ai and we will, at our discretion, refund that first month's fee.
- Billing errors. If you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge or a
charge after a timely cancellation), we will refund the affected amount.
- Service failure. If a confirmed, prolonged Service outage materially prevented use
of a paid feature, contact us and we will consider a prorated credit or refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe and may take several business days to appear. Partial-period usage after a renewal is not automatically prorated on cancellation.
4. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is wrong, contact us first at support@altyst.ai — we resolve most issues quickly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension pending resolution.
5. Price and plan changes
We may change prices or plan features with notice; changes apply to the next renewal. Continued use after the effective date accepts the new price.
