Fulfillment & Service Delivery Policy

Effective July 26, 2026

Altyst sells access to software (SaaS) — there are no physical goods and nothing is shipped.

1. What you receive

On successful checkout, your paid plan is activated immediately and the associated entitlements (included AI/analysis usage, seats, and features) are provisioned to your account, typically within seconds. You access the Service at https://altyst.ai using your account credentials.

2. Confirmation

Stripe (our merchant of record) sends a payment receipt to your billing email, and your plan and current usage are visible in your account at /account/plan.

3. Service period

Access continues for the paid subscription period and renews automatically until canceled (see the Refund & Cancellation Policy).

4. Support and delivery issues

If a plan does not activate or entitlements do not appear, contact support@altyst.ai and we will resolve it. There is no delivery address, customs, or shipping timeline because the Service is delivered electronically.
